I've used the expansion point to do like the spine. I mean, I had to do something with that anyway, I guess it's good this way.
About the shape, it's ok but it still has a problem: the bottom, near the back, looks "empty". It doesn't keep a good round shape, I think you know what I mean... But I've thought about something to correct that, I'll have to try.

The next tail I do I could take pictures of the internal structure I've worked out as I build it, if you want to see what I've worked out. I'm not positive how well it'll work on the small scales, but it could help it keep round near the tip.
