After Kaiv had gone, it didn’t take long before they were contentedly watching the sunset again. Why did the sun change colors when it started going down?

Just as she was about to ask Andren (he knew everything), he started speaking. “Uh, don’t… look for a second. Just keep doing what you were doing.”

Why was he saying anything if he had wanted her to do the same thing…? But she didn’t really mind. The colors really were very interesting, all reds and purples and—

Andren’s face blocked her view of the horizon as he leaned in and kissed her.

"So, Katherine and I are doing this thing where you take a list of words (premade; they're posted on someone's LJ) and write a sentence that incorporates it. (It was originally for fanfiction, but we decided to use our own novel, The Wingéd. We also, uh, generally write much more than a sentence.) We're on 65 out of 100 currently, and it's been great fun, 'cause...I GET TO WRITE ANDREN AGAIN. 8D

This was...very much an experiment. This is the first lineless picture I've ever done, for one thing. It wasn't too hard, it was just...different. And, I did it within an hour and a half, which I'm pretty happy about 'cause it was my first picture like this. =D And, uh, HOLY CRAP I DREW A KISS (though I cheated with how things are positioned).

The word for this segment? Horizon, which is why I titled the piece that. X3
