This is my husband's machine at work, it's a giant recycling metal shredder we lovingly call Unicron :D
It eats cars :D
They were replacing something on the inside of teh machine so I got to take a good picture of his teeth :3
He can process a full sized bus in 42 seconds :D and sort it into neat piles of metal and fluff :3

That's pretty cool. The company I work with has a big bronze foundry. Whenever I see the molten bronze churning in that kiln, I always think of the scene from the original movie where the captured transformers were melted down. I've always thought of it as Unicron's stomach. ^^
Yup thats the way this one works.
It sorts it into Ferrous and non Ferrous, sends it through the tornado tube to remove any non metal "fluff", then it beings it over to this weird set of magnets that sort between stainless and non stainless stuff (I didn't get a picture of that building before my camera died), and then the human pickers stationed along the lines keep watch for anything the machine misses and to collect copper.

yeah its really fun to watch ^_^
the only interesting things in our place are the submersive arc welder which can weld 3 inch plate as if it where 3 mm and the new fire lance we have which is so fun to use though i have to be careful after i failed to realise the length of the cutting flame on it and sliced a nice neat line though the floor with it
