Why this Pokemon won't appear in the Gassydex:
Kartana is made of paper. Not only that, but each edge is also sharp enough to cut through a building. Even though they are the smallest Ultra Beast, they are also, arguably, the most dangerous. They spend their time just drifting on the breeze, slicing anything in their path in half. Now, I'm not sure if you're aware, but paper constructs cannot eat, and by extension, they do not create waste.
