Yes, although shoe size was right was closed a bit to tight, maker did help out in suggestions to fix this.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Weight of the mask is properly distributed and fits well even with glasses on (glasses do fog up as expected but in most cases not to badly) so comfort of the head is great. Breathing is no problem and although currently no fan installed there should be room for one if needed in the future. Vision cone is pretty small as it is tear duct vision this was to be expected, although can in some occasions be bit of problem in combination with fogged up glasses.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Pretty much spot on with existing artwork of character and although in general a nice cute look can get some different expression out of him. Shaving, symmetry, et.al is as expected from a hand crafted item if you look closely might see a small spot here and there that might have been done better but nothing that detracts from the overall experience. The fur choice is excellent both in look and feel.

Moving mouth works well as do the follow me eyes.

Feels really good to wear the tail, weighty enough that it has a nice bounce but still light enough that you almost forget it is there.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
Everything fits and matches well, and fits together. When stretching there might sometimes be some gaps with the arm sleeves although this also depends on the shirt I am wearing so minor overall and most of the time doesn't detract from the overall experience (mostly only on photos).


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Found about open slots on twitter, filled in webform and was contacted with the further information by email. Was pretty clear what information she needed.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Response time is good, no problems.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Comes over as very professional but still friendly


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
Although not asked for a specific time the suit was finished quickly and sent off with tracking provided, sadly did end up in customs (even tough all the needed forms where filled in) and thusly arrived quite a bit after sending although this is more the fault of Dutch postage and customs


Are you happy with the product you received?
In the end I am very happy with how Botch came out and how he looks and feels to wear, he is well made and fun to wear and believe that with proper maintenance will be here for years to come.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Very satisfied with Botch he is fun to wear and make photos with and with the excellent service Sarah provided I would recommend her work to other people. Provided they like her style.
