Hikikomori is someone who shuts themselves away, hiding from the world
Ne as in Sound (as used with the other Vocaloid characters)
Why is her number 00? Because she isn't a real vocaloid!! In a world where Vocaloids exist in a chobits persocom fashion, serving their masters as 'living' machines, a young tsundere hikikomori finds confidence in hiding under the false image of a rare vocaloid.
She's a human vocaloid, yes, voiced by myself.
Her design and story is entirely my own, copyright to me.
