I suppose it's about holding on as long as possible without succumbing to laughter and having the endurance to withstand the tickling and outlast his tormentors and above all I would imagine that he must not beg for mercy or otherwise ask for the torment to stop. I imagine it won't end though until he's completely exhausted but hopefully having proven that he's still got what it takes to be chief with his determination not to surrender and the will to endure the four methods of claw, brush, feather and fork though perhaps as he's left panting and still giggling a little the dragon might just be glad that no-one resorted to using lick tickles as that might have been too much to bear and maybe also that they didn't target his torso too much as maybe he'd be even more sensitive there.

With that nice display of Brandon and the other tickler's paws, it's a good showcase of your skill with drawing feet and perhaps a little glimpse of the future, the Chief having passed the test now gets to claim the reward for passing the test and to re-affirm his authority, as to show their fealty everyone must now place their own paws at his mercy for just a little while....
