Apparently, there is a former member of the Dragonguard in that place that was brainwashed from some of the vampires there into thinking that feeding on the blood of dragons can actually in my interpretation could making him into an actual dragonborn. But all it dose is granting him some powers of one. And I herd that isn't only killing him but also corrupting him. And teaming up with 3 other players, I investigate what's going on in there and stop this person from doing some damage to himself and other innocents.
