Rodger is the large, in charge, so called leader of the trailer park's well known pack of criminals (known by the awful name "The Howlers" to any one who isn't him). While his burly body and stick thin legs say one thing, he actually a big push over. Even his gang and his on-again-off-again girl friend and "commander in chief" Marie seem to think so too. Never stopped him from forcing his enormus gang of criminals (minus Marie) to play dress up and adopt his 80's greaser get up and speech pattern though. He also loves talking to his homemade rusty butter fly butter knife George when making planned ambushes. Nobody knows why though...
