all things in life and narrative are consequence. Be it a thing one chooses to do, like walk or breathe or spawn clouds of horrible children, or be it a mindless act dictated by rules, such as chemical reactions or just the state of being. Even simple existence is the consequence of the function of existence existing where one exists, and the first thing to ever happen in any existence ever is the consequence of everything that happened after it needing somewhere to begin in order to happen.

So ha ha you're facing literally infinite consequences every moment of your existence and then some, nerd!
