I've been a huge fan of Bear and Tiger. It's a webcomic made by Bob about Siberian Military Outpost #17, and the two characters who run it. Captain Tiger and Corporal Bear. So about the pic... At some point in the comic, they're facing the threat of being invaded by China. They managed to repel the attack in an... Interesting way. So this would happen if Captain Tiger had a tank at his disposal... Tiger doesn't know that China is not a kingdom...
