2. I can make at least 3 changes to a character if whom isn't too happy with the outcome.

I can change lines, if it's changing the species such as ( lizard, dragon, equine ) those won't be added.

However, I can add dragon tails or change lines. If it's a complex line change i may likely charge 50 more to the the currency whom chooses.
