Dreamcatcher is haunted by her spirit guide Grave Omen, a vulture who brings misfortune to her at every step. He is mostly composed of shadow and eats luck. Because of this, she left her tribe to protect them from the luck and now set up shop just outside of Appleloosa. Far enough away from the town to keep them from getting the backlash of her bad luck, close enough to quickly reach town for medical emergencies. She's a healer, both of the body and the spirit. The other shamanistic skills she's still teaching herself. It's difficult without the guidance of her teacher Grandfather Greyhoof.
