I haven't gotten to see the full movie, but I've seen various clips, it does indeed look pretty great. I wish it wasn't so much of a musical, though

Probably the earliest member of the "People hurt by Pink Diamond" club.

She appears to be actually since she doesn't realize it till after Steven's message at the beginning but Pink did hurt her. Though this happened before Pink started becoming a better person and started the rebellion to fix things for all gems. She hurt Spinel the way she did immediately after getting her colony because Spinel was annoying like Pinkie Pie who can't take a hint that she's going too far and is getting on someone's nerves. In this case, Pink's after awhile.

Very nicely done.

They nailed it with the old kinda cartoony style of her character, really lets you see the raw emotions that she is going through.

I love Spinel... both in her default "Pinkie Pie By Way Of Cuphead" form and her "Nightmare Fuel Max Fleischer" villain form.

And yeah... she's basically a childhood plaything Pink Diamond, herself a child, abandoned in her rush to embrace adulthood.

I felt really bad for Spinel... Pink is ruthless, like Steven said: 'I have to clean up all your mess that you left behind"
