Originally created with City of Villains costume creator -and a little artistic modification-, Gisele had no actual powerset, but I was kinda looking at magic. I'll include her backstory:

Originally created in a laboratory to be the greatest of magic conduits, a being whose very existance poured raw Mana into the world like a faucet, she broke free and slaughtered any who stood in her way. Soon she was captured, having murdered a Hero that attempted to bring her in for questioning, and was detained in a nearby supervillain prison. When the Qularr attacked Milennium City in 2009 (Champions online tutorial) she was given an ultimatum; live in service of society and work off the debt of her past, or be executed for her wrongdoings. Readily she accepted, and now fights alongside other superpowered heroes to protect mankind from threats that could do them harm, both outside and in. Pity those who get in her way, for if they survive, it will be on their last breath.
