My arrangement of a rather obscure Jimmy Buffet tune for barbershop quartet, "Smart Woman (in a Real Short Skirt)."
I had to stretch to sing both bass and high tenor parts, and I know I was off here and there. I went looking around to see if there was a freeware that could do the same job as AutoTune, since my singing wasn't quite up to scratch. I found a program called Gsnap that seems to do well enough; might not be studio quality, but hey - my singing wasn't studio quality on this!
Jimmy Buffett's Original song can be heard here:

Cakewalk http://www.cakewalk.com - heavy duty recording software. My copy of Sonar LE came with a digital microphone; it lacks some of the features the full distribution has.

Compliments, comments, derision, rotten tomatoes, all welcome.

This is a very good arrangement, and though you may not be a bass or a high tenor, I think you did a pretty good job singing it, and that pitch correction seems to work pretty okay for a free plugin. ^^
So, once the lyrics come in it feels better, but it feels slow at the beginning. Maybe try speeding it up a little bit? Really, the whole song could stand to be a smidgeon faster, but the opening, and parts without lyrics feel like they are dragging.
The arrangement itself is very good, you are good at part writing, so there's not much to say there. If you do decide to make it a bit faster, I think you could use different syllables than just "doo" at the beginning, try some "bup"s or "dat"s. Either way, articulate it to put emphasis on certain notes, like the top note in a run.
Overall, this is a very good arrangement, and I really enjoyed listening. Thanks so much for sharing it! ^^

Thanks for listening and your comments. I wrote the arrangement some time ago, but only recently sat down to record it. I see what you mean about the intro being a bit sluggish. There's some stuff I left out since I was trying to limit the arrangement to the ensemble of a barbershop quartet - did you listen to the original on YouTube?
I also notice that I really need to redo the second verse. I gave that part to the high Tenor voice, and really can't belt out when I'm singing falsetto.
I'll re-record this when I have some time.
Ba da ba dee , ba doo be doo be doot ba....
