So your power is a mix of Myokinesis (Affect muscle size) and Megethokinesis (general body size) considering you can change the muscle/body size of yourself and/or others. Assuming these 2 are seperate when it comes to skill and experience, your skill level on yourself for both is absolute+ and when used on others it would be from ultimate to absolute+ as well. Im also assuming the limitations apply:
1. Who can be affected.
2. Limited to just growing/shrinking
3. How big/small you can make someone
4. Any mental/emotional effects

I can just make myself and others grow larger and stronger if I want. It is just part of my demigod power. Magic. No big words or PhD. required

1. pretty much anyone. Never met someone who was immune to it if they wanted to grow
2. just growth/shrinking on others. I can transform myself into a few other forms but transforming others with my powers can get... tricky
3. the only limit is the imagination
4. mostly based on the person growing. The rush of power can cause Growth madness if you let the power overwhelm your mind. Though force of will or a strong smack across the face is normally enough to put you back in your right mind.
