Still going off that HERO spinoff idea. I imagine Repede to be an experienced, stern agent that knows how and when to bend the rules to his liking, while Rush is the careless, but reliable, rookie that breaks them. Also Rush songs his own theme song (which is just the Ruby-Spears intro with his name replacing Megaman's). :P
