Breakfast Rampant continued to hunt knicknacks after the world was made. Knicknacks can't really die, so this was just an inconvenience, but she was so good at it that after the first century everyone was real tired of her. Fiddle Widget tried to convince her to not, you know, be a Bloodshed Hedonist, but that was also literally what she had made her to be. It wasn't the revelation that she was hurting others that got to her, but that Mom was upset with what she was, that made Breakfast Rampant calm down a bit.

She took voluntary exile from the world, and washed up on the Gray Beach, the liminal space made in the gradient between the City in the Middle and the Voidwaste.

She immediately started murdering people, but after a while she realized she was killing survivors of dead worlds, mostly, and she was destroying unique things forever each time.

Which was really hot to her, but imagine how Mom would feel??

5,000 years later, wearing a much more subdued body, Salvage has become a weird hermit in the Beach, collecting things that wash up from dead worlds and having little adventures. Lots of people know of her, although few know what she actually is.

She still wants to kill everything she sees, but she's gotten good at not acting on those urges.

Anyway this is her redesign/finalized design because the previous was kind of a mess and annoying to draw. She wears a mantle that she can twist and sew up into arms of any number and configuration she wants. Exciting.
