Another one of my fan-made Megaman characters.

Tundra Man was built to handle extremely low tempuratures. He can also make tools and weapons out of the ice he creates. He wearsthat scarf to keep the circuits in his head from freezing. He was originally built to explore the surface of the planet, Pluto, but he somehow became evil. Equiped with his deadly weapons, the Tundra Shot, and the Tundra Blade, Tundra Man set out to turn the whole world into one large ice cube. His hideout is located in the Arctic circle. His one weakness is getting hit with hard objects. Tundra Man was built for cold tempuratures, not for fighting. Getting hit with a large, heavy, object threatens to damager his curcuitry. Which is why he tries to avoid fighting in construction sites.
