Yet another on of my fan-made Megaman characters.

Copter Man was designed for the military to be used recon missions. Copter Man was built using data that was based off of a Lugia(like how I added in a Pokemon tie-in right there?). He was given arms similar to that of a Lugia's wings. Copter Man can spread his arms like wings and his torso will spin like a top thus acting as a propellar of a helicopter. One night while Copter Man was recharging his power cells he caught a mysterious computer virus that turned him evil. With his weapon, the Copter Blade, he started going on a rampage. The only way to knock this flying robot out of the sky is to hit him wiht the one thing he hates most.... Lightning. Copter Man is afraid of lightning because he was once struck by lightning and almost crashed! Hit Copter Man with some lightning and he'll go down easily.... Just watch out for his bombs, missiles, and Copter Blade.
