Anyways these feelings were and are still present. Its just the way youre handling them. I know this is easier to say then to do but time goes on and there is always a light somewhere. you just have to look for it.

I keep telling myself I'm strong, and I'm NOT depressed. I don't want to be on anti-depressants again, they didn't seem to help anything.. But, dam, this hits the nail on the head for me. As for me, I try to keep busy. Art, music, cleaning, ect.
