There is the classic tickle scene with the tiger and Goofy which I imagine this piece is a tribute to, though with this piece there isn't quite so much of an undertone of peril here. With the tiger having taken the time to securely bind Chard and Ekusu's legs to that log I think it would be safe to say that he's more interested in playing with the Charizards and the tickling isn't going to be a prelude to them getting eaten.

Of course Chard and Ekusu have had their boots destroyed yet again so I wonder if perhaps at some point they'll just decide it's not worth the bother and that they'll go barefoot from now on. Though even if they do that I don't imagine it will make them any less ticklish, as it looks here that a tiger's rough tongue is super-effective against them though I think that would be always the best move to use with Pokémon.

At least the devious tiger hasn't decided to bring his tail into play yet, though I imagine that the soft touch of the fur brushing against their soles might be even more ticklish for Chard and Ekusu.

Based off the Goofy scene indeed. Tiger caught a dog before, but now he has the pleasure of dishing out the same treatment to some dragons ^^
Perhaps now he will compare his past experience and come up with a favorite x3 It's why he skipped the feast and went straight to the tickles :P
