Just a closeup un how his teeth look. Basically they are the same as Sinac's and they wont change much anyway..

The Muskles are just covered by a thin skin, so basicaly its "outside". and its there to let him bite throu nearly anything. Imagine.. a bitbull has a bitingpower from about 2 tonns on an 1cm³. At this rate it would be more then 10 tonns+.

The big fang has a sharp bladelike form at the back. So if he grabs somethink he normally ripps like throu it. Also his teeth are more to ripp flesh off and not to chew. He eats a bit like snakes.(Will change when he is in his final form)

The tongue will remain as big as it was. And his flesh will remain blue.. Exept when he is human. Then the skin will have a standard colore.

Aniway, the eyes wont change so if he is as human he is still easy to be seen. Thats why he mostly runs aroung with a cap.
