Anyone remember him? Hard-core nineties stuff, 'Cor!

Ever since I was treated to 'Tampering With Time Tickles' a charming episode chock full of humorous AR. I've been entertaining many ideas for age regression with "The World's Greatest Secret Agent". He's tangled with several of my very worst Evil Regressors, including The Observer, a shadow soaked spectre with a misguided 'vigilantism' mindset and a really, really big raygun. And with the mysterious and immensely powerful corporation known only as F.R.A.A.C., Facility for the Rehabilitation of Animal-Abusing Criminals, agents of "The Facility" are everywhere, rounding up "criminals" and exacting so-called 'punishment and rehab'. It gives me chills to think of the horrors beyond those doors.
