Yes, same names for both games. Why? They are reincarnated. Since ESO is dated 2000 years before Skyrim.
Skyrim
A'Rielle: She's a standard calico Suthay. Stormcloak general, former lover of the Jarl of Windhelm and a skilled archer who is 100% obsessed with Dwarven relics. A loving mother to her children, a spy for the Bear of Markarth and best friends with an Altmer. Her time in Skyrim started out rough but ended in the best way possible.
Keinan: Pure black Cathay-Raht. Dovahkiin, Nightingale and father to his brood of children. Twin brother to a member of the Dark Brotherhood and friend to dragons.
ESO
A'Rielle: Tabico Suthay. Sorceress who can summon Daedra from Coldharbor. Agent to Queen Ayrenn of the Aldmeri Dominion and litter mate to Razum-Dar. Caretaker to a very promiscuous Nixad named Ik'Karus and is still obsessed with Dwarven relics.
Keinan: Pure black Cathay-Raht, captain to a pirate crew, a huge pervert and a very cocky individual who hates following orders. Twin brother to a Captain in Queen Ayrenn's naval fleet.
