*Chuckles* You mean He, and I think you mean his Hair X3 And no, that's just a normal trait to Manga-style drawings. The eyes usually shows through the hair except in scenes where it suits, such as a depressed/stressed character will usually have the eyes hidden by hair since it helps to make them look more trapped and defensive
