http://www.youtube.com/user/cgboorman this guy has TONS of Blender videos on youtube, and is very good at explainging things step by step, http://www.youtube.com/user/ward7299 this guy also has a TON of videos all for blender as well, this guys use the recent version of blender, 2.6 and up but many of the things can be figured out by listening to the first guy's videos since his are short and to the point, the second guys videos are longer and more advanced in that he doesn't guide you by telling you what key does what all the time, his videos just assume you know the basics.
