One of the many Megaman robot masters I came up with. The idea for this character was inspired by Incentus from Megaman X Command Mission. Instead of six arms, like Incentus, Weapon Man has eight! Each with a different weapon. His weapons are strong enough to kill anybody.... Even Superman! What's worse... Is that Weapon Man is supposedly designed by Dr. Wily.
