i'd say be careful not to scratch yourself on the fangs if it was a poisonous one.
ours didn't dump them in the ac. we didn't have ac where we lived at the time.
they just brought as an offering, like they do with mice.
watched them kill a rattler, right at the foot of the porch steps though.
