Like always you did a great work with this design, he is a worthy hero for my story. The cocky aura of the youth combined with this great outfit and pose is just perfect. You also implemented the frost design really well. The idea for this ability came very spontaneously and you gave it a lot of life without overdoing it.
I also have to compliment your work with his hands, I know how difficult hand positions like that can be to draw, but it looks really well. Excellent work, I love it a lot!
