This is an example of being diligent, but polite. At Confurence 10, I came up to Eric on the first day and asked him if he was available. Unfortunately, he was all full up at that point, and he asked me to come back the next day. so I did, being the first person at his table. And he was already full up all over again because of folks ambushing him around the con. So we did it all again. And again...

Finally, on the last day of the con, I came up to his table and he goes "GIMMIE THAT!" and did the piece you see.
