Another Catharsis Digimon, but unlike Santi and Deimos, Walter...is a bit more morally questionable lmao but not entirely a bad guy. probably. maybe. who knows

he plays the part of my co-writer's partners...sort of. not quite officially but functionally the same.

walter's kind of a weirdo and kind of likes to push people's buttons and test the limits of their boundaries. he finds great amusement in other people's discomfort and has little care for most social norms or etiquette. he's good to those he cares about, but has a tendency to be cruel to his victims and is particularly fond of engaging in cat-and-mouse games and toying with them.
