Haha, the random driver changes? I'm currently playing F1 2012 (don't ask me why, I just like that one for some reason!) and instead of random driver changes, the teams can move up and down the order depending on their performance. Marussia is up there with the best, while Force India is literally the worst team now, in the 3rd season.
