I love her expression. It's kind of like "holy shit, look what I did!" and it's adorable! The animation is beautifully done, too. I love how smooth it is, especially her swishing tail and the blob of water spinning in her hands. I dunno why, but I forgot she had any magical abilities, so this is a really neat reminder and a gorgeous piece all around!

I like her wings in this piece, too. They actually look capable of supporting her in flight, which is kinda neat. I don't remember if she can actually fly, but her wings are cool nevertheless.

yeah, was pondering doing lil simple animations like this in my spare time with more story canon characters of mine, which we usually see very rarely. Yeah if non canon Tiera she has the lil or no wings usually.
