More on the Chiko storybuilding stuff are his siblings. All ELEVEN of them were born at the same time. Chiko came a little after them with comparatively weaker dragon powers, so everyone picks on him as the runt of the litter.

Top left looks like the 'egg bastard' that Franky punched through the wall of Enies lobby. x3 Top rightmakes me think of Monster Chopper.
Bottom left and top right next to Monster chopper kinda reminds me of two characters from the Wano arc so far. Former of the two I'm not too sure though, I know I've seen a face 'like' that before, but I'm not sure where. *its gonna bug me for a while* xD The one below egg-bastard, I get a Toriko vibe just from how they look and pose.
Center guy, definitely gives off the Jojo feel. The one on his right makes me think Boa Hancock but.. that's another one where I feel like I know that face from someone else. The rest I'm unsure about. x3
