Yeah, had this in mond when I heard about the Scooby Doo Team Up finale issue having both Bat-Mite and (supposely) Scrappy DOo, I kinda had flashback to Batman: Brave and the Bold: MiteFall, where the series who went out of their way to promote the new Blue Beetle and make Aquaman cool, they decided to take a jab against Scrappy with Punchichi, Ace the Bathound's nephew as bad cliche in Bat-Mite attempts to end Brave and the Bold...

He did nothing but shout catchphrases and stupid poses before he faded into nothing.

Yeah... they even had Scooby and gang part of this show and had a movie follow up. Not mention to Scrappy.

And then I remember how Damian Wayne, the newest Robin, was also treated like Scrappy by fans, but then they warm up to him, and since Damian is also a big animal fan... would make sense he would take Scrappy in when he was left behind by Mystery Inc and becomes his sidekick, Batpup!
