Wolf-bits:
Few solid facts are known about the man known only as Rakinos. Investigations put him at around 48 years old, possibly born in or around 1970. His family is a mystery as is where he came from.
He made his mark briefly on the world of genetics in the late 90s when he assisted the Human Genome Project's side study, the Lycanthropic Genome Project, indirectly working with such famous scientists as Dr. Harvey Madison, and geneticist philanthropists like Draco Riley, though none of them met face to face.
Rakinos was eventually dismissed from the project under unclear circumstances and the reasons have never been made public but it was an acrimonious affair according to rumor.
Afterwards he vanished from public life with sightings made sporadically over the years. His connection to the werewolf terrorist group Lupine Freedom is tenuous and investigations are ongoing. This is not public information to avoid a panic as Lupine Freedom grows bolder every year and has been linked to a growing number of murders, high profile thefts and abductions. As hi sconnection cannot yet be sustained other than circumstantial evidence, the matter is sealed until such time evidnece is obtained. Give his elusive nature, this may prove difficult.
When a strange new werewolf that was formerly human appears, Draco Riley, desperate to find answers, recieves a contact from a senator in Washington with information and connections to a certain former geneticist that may be of assistance...
