Blue-Tailed Koala 2/2~ Maw Demonstration -By ChillyPhillix

Note: This is NOT AN OPEN SPECIES. This is an extension of an idea created for the Lunar Academy universe by

The maw of a Blue-Tailed Koala is a constant. All types of the species have the same maw features. Taken from the description of Quentin's maw: The flesh colour is, instead of the usual pink, a bright mango-like colour, something that catches whomever Quentin has off guard, create a real 'deer in the headlights' moment.
The next trick is his tongue. It is broad and wide, easy to ensure that no one can miss it. It also has a slight adhesion to it, making sure that once it touches someone, it doesn't let them go. The tongue is also grooved in a certain manner, designed to ensure that whatever's on it is sliding down towards the throat with no chance for argument.
Speaking of the throat, it is where his last trick is located. The throat has a quality of 'soft, yet tight', ensuring whatever goes in slides on in easily, but can't struggle or put up a fight. Once they start going down, they're getting pulled down. No questions. In the chance that they 'do' manage to pull out, the throat is lined with a blue goo, designed to coat and engulf the prey in a goo coating, designed to keep them 'leased' to the koala's throat for easy retrieval. The goo is also very vicious, designed to spread and engulf the prey if they try to struggle, or someone tries to rescue them. Unless Quentin says otherwise, once you're past the throat, there's no going back.
The description is the same for any Blue-Tailed Koala. For the wild-types, they tend to take as much advantage of it as possible. It is very much said that their maws are practically inescapable. This image shows just how and why it is. This fur, Shi, has been caught by a wild blue-tail and is trying to pull out. However, all he has succeeded in doing is getting caught up in the goo that lined the koala's throat, managing to strew it almost everywhere in the maw. Caught on the tongue once again, he has no choice but to let the koala swallow him down, as the adhesion of the tongue works with the goo to help pull the errant prey back down.
That said, it is a wild-type. So the prey is not in as much danger as he'd expect. Least, there's a chance they'll be reformed, if someone is brave enough to go rescue him
