However, after a battle with his brother Scepter, Lex was defeated and taken to the Bloated Order, where Malomobus enthralled his mind with his most powerful form of hypnosis, known as the Merge, where he fuses his brain with a host and the two beings merge together; two minds melded into one. After that, Alexander, or Malexander now, fattened him self up in the Bloatation Chamber to gain his obesity and became the Bloated Order’s new leader, prepared to bring justice to evil and entice the whole world to submit and bloat. As a fused being, Malexander gained both Malomobus’ hypnotic, intellectual and psychic abilities, and Lex’s lightning powers and speed. He is also capable of turning into pure electricity and enter electronics, such as TVs and radios, to hypnotize all who watch and listen.
