Done off of reference art provided by the customer of their character Halris (meaning this one was designed with different ears and a different nose than I give my artistic liberty bovines) And while he has sharp teeth he is not a man-eater like my last moo-moo, this fella is plenty friendly :)

The eyes are by Draconicknight, the teeth by DVC, and the horns were made by mother nature, the rest of the work is my own and features a moving jaw and wiggle ears.
