Could seriously use some basing. No basing = sad models; even just painted sand does WONDERS with bringing the model together.

Painting the blue with successive highlights will make them stand out more, particularly if you do the same for the skin. Some rust on the metal bitz would help, too. Really, rust goes with orks INCREDIBLY well, particularly with Deff Skulls being the lootin' thugs they is.

I have every intention of basing eventually. It's just not a priority.

And I got tired of painting rust on stuff. XD

Give the metal gubbin's a brown wash. Preferably the kind that has a hint of red in it; may want to to red, then brown. Once dried, light drybrush of metal. Gives a nice rusted look, and its quick n' easy--a bonus when painting a ton o'boyz.

I used to play Tyranids, so I looked for ANY means to speed up the process. Goddamn, so many gaunts...

it is evident that the skill you show painting digital images is only half your calling. The other being painting in the real world. And it shows.
