I would think this is anything but a simple picture you've done! The time you put into this can be clearly seen with how much detail you put into this! All the shading you done on this is wonderful, with all the dark and light areas and Jonasii and especially the mountain in the background! Heck, even the trees and hills have simple but good shading done on them!
I still like all the background things you done in this picture though, with the water having a lot of effort being put into it to look nice, all the small details on the drink she has, how Jonasii's body slightly flattens out due to her laying down, and again that beautiful mountain with grass on it you made!
