As a happy birthday surprise, my tomato plant has finally started making tomatoes! There are three that are growing so far, and over two dozen flowers that have been pollinated (I hope). This plant was suppose to fruit back in October, but with the low light levels and such, I'm just glad it's fruited at all.
Something I definently learned from this experience, is to make sure that you check to see what kind of tomato you're growing. As much fun as it's been watching these vines curl up and around the shower-rod, I'd be much happier with a small bush plant that can support its own weight next time. :)
