Yes, you can grill fruits - and 'stone' fruits such as peaches, nectarines, plums, etc. take well to the grill!
2 - 3 ripe peaches
2 - 3 ripe nectarines
Slice them down the middle (use the indent at the top, right where they were picked) and then give a simple twist- then pop out the seed with a knife or use your hands
Grill at 350 F for 10 minutes (5 minutes per side - you want them to get the grill marks, not become totally mushy) take out and let cool...use with ice cream (or in it)...OR....
Use these in my next recipe as follows!
