Phillianne Tropy is Duckington's answer to Duckburg's Scrooge McDuck. While Scrooge grew up from nothing before making it rich, Phillianne was born with a silver spoon in her mouth (she keeps said spoon in her left breast pocket as a good luck charm) and comes from old money. Her family were once the richest ducks in the world and they never spent a cent on anyone but themselves. She is the White Sheep of the family.

Phillianne grew up being handed everything she could ever want on a silver platter (unless she asked for a silver platter, which would be given to her on a golden platter) just like the rest of her family. Unlike the rest of her family, she always hated it and found it unsatisfying. The rest of her family always considered her an odd kid.

Despite not like being handed what she wanted, she always found the help given them to her fascinating growing up. Like would it be fun to give people stuff instead of getting it. When she was a kid, she wanted to be a maid. (Her parents did not care for it at all)

The Tropy family owns the dilapidated city of Duckington, not unlike Scrooge owning Duckburg. It's pretty much a Demesne that's been passed down from Tropy to Tropy. Being the oldest, Phillianne got the city along with a part of the companies. Unlike the Tropys before her, who use the city for personal gain (taxing the citizens and keeping a majority for themselves) or a place to blow off steam (committing crimes and getting a slap on the wrist), Phillianne fixes the city as one of her pet projects (one of her first acts of charity and to give back for the years of abuse her family caused) and even pays for everyone's taxes.

Phillianne's deepest fear is being seen as selfish as her family. This results in her overcompensating with the charity work and is afraid of buying anything for herself or letting others pay for her.

Servants under the Tropy employ are Dogsbody the Zombie Duck Butler who was cursed by Lord Tropy (Phillianne's Progenitor) to serve him and his family for eternity (Phillianne is currently trying to find a way to break the curse), Ophelia O'Duck the maid who is secretly Double O-Duck who works for SHUSH (She was sent to make sure the Tropy family isn't trying anything) and the Mayor of Duckington (since they own the city, they pretty much made the title an official employee)

Phillianne is in a relationship with Zan Owlson. They hit it off during Owlson's short run as CEO and they were working out a charity together. It was the Standard Dime for Ducklings contract that Phillianne upped the price of the donation, turning it to Quarters for Quacklings (She tried to argue they keep the dimes and gave the rest to charity, but this was a compromise) Zan just fell in love and they've been dating ever since. Zan helps Phillianne overcome her fears and learn to put more interest in herself once and a while and in return Phillianne listens to Zan and lets her vent her frustrations.

Phillianne's relationship with her remaining family is complicated. After her parents died and left her, their oldest daughter, a good chunk of their businesses and Duckington, Phillianne used the profit from said businesses for more charitable endeavors. Her siblings and cousins did not approve of this as the constant donations dropped their family ranking in the richest Duck in the world, letting a Shoe Shining Scot take the title they rightfully inherited.

Despite their resentment towards Scrooge McDuck (the Shoe Shining Scot as they call him), her family has zero interest in McDuck Enterprises. Since all they need to do is overthrow Phillianne as head of the company and cancel all her donations, they will easily take that title back in no time.

Phillianne is miserly but only when it comes to herself. She will spend as little she possibly can, so there's more money to donate.

While half of her profits goes to charities, the majority of the other half goes to keeping her businesses running, paying employees above the maximum pay wage, creating jobs, funding eco friendly organizations, and paying off people's student loans.

Phillianne adores Santa Claus and is her personal hero. Every Christmas she goes all out in welcoming him to Duckington. Normally calm and collected, she becomes more energetic and childlike when Christmas time comes around. (Imagine SpongeBob from Christmas Who? or Ed from Fa-la-la-la-Ed and Jingle Jingle Jangle)

Phillianne is a master business woman and negotiator. She knows how to move the contract in her favor, and makes sure no matter where it goes, she gets something that can benefit her.

Phillianne is great with children and adores them.

Phillianne isn't an easy woman to anger but she has several buttons (hurting her friends or girlfriend, being rude to the waiter, dissing Santa Claus, and the philosophy of Objectivism)

Phillianne's and Scrooge's relationship is complicated. Despite their differentiating business philosophies (Work for your money vs give to the less fortunate) they get along rather well. Scrooge's biggest gripe with her is her charity work but it's not for the reason you'd think. He feels it robbed him of besting The Tropy family as the Richest Duck in the World. As instead of just working hard to earn enough money to dethrone them, they kinda went down a few notches thanks to all the charity work eating away the profits. Though mentioning Santa when they are in the same room is a whole other can of worms.

Spent her teen years riding the rails cross country as a hobo under the alias Silvia Spooner. Her time on the rails has made her friends with many Shantytown rulers, including the Totebag Tsarina and Emperor Morton V.

She once ate her way out of being buried alive, thanks to her Tropy family Silver Spoon. In fact that spoon has gotten her out of a lot of jams over the years, as the tarnish that utensil has seen over the years can attest.

Phillianne is posh, sophisticated, feminine, and, above all, a Lady. She is also a skilled acrobatic and fierce Swordswomen.
