I work at the station where #26 is maintained, the second of the last two 3rd generation GTELs, the most powerful locomotives ever built.

We're painting her right now, as well as doing minor restoration (somebody decided to bondo the rusted out plates and the sand blaster ate those sections). In thanks for this she pissed something like 5 gallons of diesel on the work crew, dumbasses who parked her didn't think to drain the fuel tender, she still had 1,200 gallons of diesel to burn.

Reminds me of an infantry fighting vehicle more than a tank, probably influenced by a BMP?

Tho the detailing on the back deck makes me think there's an engine or two there instead of a troop compartment?

Just a tracked vehicle without the tracks. Would need big wheels otherwise. And what is with the major impediment behind the last wheel? That overhang is just asking for trouble. Looks more fashioned than engineered, but I'm an old grump about that kind of thing.

Is that an unmanned turret or does the commander just do all the fighting in there?

I designed it as a fixed turret, with minimal crew (commander, gunner, r.operator and driver), so yeah, a lil of multitasking is mandatory

I'm still partial to the M 41, but I like some of the design elements in this set of images. The Turret reminds me of the French Scorpion Tank.

i think the tank look pretty cool
my only issues with it are the gun mantle flap the sticks up deflecting fire into the gun
and the total lack of gun depression (the ability to point the gun down)

Left one looks like it came from Valkyria Chronicles, with the big vulnerable radiator-like thing on the back.
