Darl Fraggle, reconsidering his role in the universe now that he has a tail. The three geometric solids may help put himself into a philosophical mood ... or maybe there are just some Doozer construction debris and have no significance.

There is a story among Doozer parents that if their children won't work, they'll turn into Fraggles ... but it's just a story to scare kids into doing as they're told. In fact, it's not possible. All Doozers seem to want to workd by "taking the helmet." There are only a few who who won't, as was the case with Cotterpin Doozer. She wouldn't take the helmet, and all she wanted to do was draw. It turned out that the chief Doozer, known as The Architect, also refused to take the helmet! A few Doozers refuse, and they become architects themselves once it is clear that this is their calling. So Cotterpin became the apprentice to The Architect. There don't seem to be any alternatives. Still, one could create a story based on a Doozer who really did prefer to loaf around, or even have fun like a Fraggle. It's hard to see how it would work out well.
No, it grew into a normal sized fraggle and like other fraggles started eating the doozer's constructions! Doozers make sure what the build is appealing and tasty to fraggles so the fraggles will keep eating their constructions, giving them endless reason to rebuild, and keep working, the Doozer's favorite pasttime! At least that's how I remember it in the children's book...
