Does anyone remember Arnold the Pitbull from Tiny Toon Adventures? He was a tough, roguish canine; a walking tower of pure muscle. (Sound familiar?) He once had a party date with an almost equally muscle-bound lady dog named Arnolda, and here I am envisioning them as having now married and produced a son named Rudi.
Despite the responsibilities of parenthood, Arnold and Arnolda have remained committed to the body beautiful and regularly show off their formidable bodies at strength, fitness and bodybuilding events. Then one day, while psyching themselves up for a show at home, Rudi comes in in his swimming trunks and goes into his own posing routine. It's not nearly as impressive as his father's but much cuter.
"Look, Daddy! I'm going to win too!"
Arnold is delighted and plays along.
"Ach du lieber! Your biceps are like cannonballs, my little Rudi! Looks like I have competition!"
But if Arnold is amused, Arnolda is beside herself with joy and squeals with glee.
"Oh, oh! Oh, pinch me; I must be dreaming! My little boy wants to be like his Daddy! I'm so happy and so proud I could cry!"
And soon there is laughter and hugging all round.
