I called them in to ask for some extra cushions...they brought the cushions! I then asked them to test said cushions to see how soft they were...they tested said cushions with a lengthy "laying down" session! They laid on 'em for a while so I figured the cushions were super comfy...I then plopped myself down on them with no warning! All this extra cushioning - and I do mean ALL of it - was definitely a good and effective idea~ ♥ I think the one on the right is new...or just very enthused!
